Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once an order is shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier (UPS / USPS / FedEx), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Delivery Confirmation
- Once the carrier marks an order as Delivered, Luluat Al Musk is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
- Any delivery disputes must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Signature Requirement
- For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Incorrect Address
- Luluat Al Musk is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Any additional shipping fees due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If a package is marked as delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact the carrier immediately.
- Luluat Al Musk may assist in opening a claim; however, the final decision rests with the carrier.
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed after confirmed delivery will be contested with proof of delivery and company policies.
